Resources

Brown Papaya is in solidarity with Black, Indigenous, Queer, and People of Color’s liberations. We began as an idea inspired by the beauty and empowerment of our BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, hoping to bring a brave and safe space through this project. We acknowledge that representation is not enough, that it is meaningless without action of supporting our marginalized, oppressed communities. Action, monetary donations, and education are necessary to make an impact for any revolution.

We created this list from a variety of sources (such as my own personal list of podcasts, extensive guides created by community members, lists shared on social media, etc). Our hopes for this resource list is to inspire you to take action, expand your world view, and strengthen yourself in this life long marathon for social impact.

This is not a complete list, and will continue to grow and change as we further our own education.
If you have a recommendation to add, please email us at brownpapaya@gmail.com
